A&T Consulting is run by Alison Owen, a former banker and recruitment specialist, who has 25+ years’ experience in the Contact Centre industry. Alison offers a personal service specialising in strategic planning, acquisitions, outsourcing, recruitment, retention and mentoring.

A key area of Alison’s activities is strategy. She works with companies at board level to develop practical strategies that capitalise on the opportunities provided today’s fast changing world. She can provide assessments of specific industries as well as, market and customer dynamics, in order to identify opportunities to capture value in new markets and geographies.

Alison can guide executives carefully through the possibilities, ultimately leading to the selection of the strategic direction with the strongest stakeholder value potential. Indeed Alison’s extensive knowledge of the contact centre industry and its people often leads to fast and profitable ventures into new areas.

Alison helps companies to optimise their processes and to take advantage of the latest technologies, such as cloud computing and service oriented architecture.  She looks for flexible solutions that will deliver real value to the bottom line - efficient and agile business processes that will create both immediate and long term competitive advantage.

Alison also helps companies to evaluate their current service operations and analyse current customer bases. An analysis of the techniques and methods currently being used along with the  information gathered is used to drive future planning and marketing initiatives.

A&T’s client list includes many household names as well as large international organisations. She works both in the UK and on the Continent and has an extensive knowledge of the contact centre industry in Eastern Europe.

Our Company

A&T Consulting was formed in 1999 in response to requests for support from clients who had dealt with Alison in her long banking and recruitment career.

Word rapidly spread that Alison had become an independent consultant and an impressive client list soon began to build.
